We look for: builders who care about people more than growth hacks.

Shape how a lonely evening becomes a warm one, from the app to the card on the table.

We look for: bold, kind work with a real point of view.

Garden lunch with bunting

Marketers

Turn a waitlist into a full table. Tell true stories and measure what brings people to dinner.

We look for: storytellers who love numbers too.

Captains and ambassadors

Volunteer in your own city: host events as an event captain, or look after the whole city as a city ambassador. Unpaid.

We look for: outgoing people who love bringing others together. Meetup or WhatsApp organising experience is an added advantage. Learn more. Warm, punctual people who notice the quiet one.

Event captains

A night in the life of an event captain.

You are not a waiter or a guide. You are the person who makes six strangers feel like they were invited by a friend.

Arrive early. Check the booking and put the table number card in place.

7:15

Greet each guest by first name and introduce them to the person next to them.

7:30

Open with a conversation card. Order, laugh, let the table find its rhythm.

8:15

Watch for anyone left out. Steer the talk their way, gently.

9:30

Say goodnight. Send a two-minute note on how the table went.

Warm over clever

If a feature is clever but cold, we do not ship it.

Free means free

Members never pay for a seat. We find the money somewhere else.

Every guest gets a chair

Every age, background and accent. We design for the shy person first.

Safety is not a feature

It is the job. Public places, checked profiles and a fast way to say stop.

We are a small team that decides in writing and meets over dinner. Roles can be remote. Captains and ambassadors work in their own city.
